Who it is for

Our clinician services are available to licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals, and to clinicians who are continuing to develop their skills and deepen their clinical practice.

Brainspotting consultation is especially appropriate for clinicians who have completed Brainspotting training and want more support integrating the model into their work, working toward certification, discussing cases, or growing their confidence as Brainspotting practitioners.

This space is for:

  • Therapists seeking consultation or support
  • Clinicians dealing with burnout or compassion fatigue
  • Clinicians who want to deepen trauma-informed or somatic work

Two kinds of support

Therapy for therapists

A confidential space for clinicians to focus on their own emotional health, life experiences, stress, burnout, relationships, trauma, and the impact that helping others can have on their nervous system and overall well-being. This is therapy. It is not clinical supervision or consultation.

Brainspotting consultation

Focuses on your professional development and clinical work. It may include case discussion, questions about Brainspotting setups and interventions, attunement, clinical decision-making, challenges that arise during sessions, integrating Brainspotting with other approaches, and support for students and clinicians pursuing Brainspotting certification.

Consultation is designed to be collaborative and reflective rather than prescriptive. The goal is to help you deepen your understanding of Brainspotting while developing greater confidence in your own clinical judgment and style as a practitioner.

What the work focuses on

The approach integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Brainspotting, and neuroscience-informed care, supporting both professional growth and personal well-being. Together, the focus is on:

  1. Strengthening clinical confidence
  2. Processing client-related stress
  3. Supporting nervous system regulation
  4. Maintaining balance in both work and life

Format, length, and frequency

Brainspotting consultation

Individual Brainspotting consultation is offered virtually, so clinicians can take part from wherever they are located. Consultation can be scheduled around your needs. Some clinicians meet periodically for support with particular cases or questions. Others meet more consistently while working toward Brainspotting certification or deepening their practice.

Therapy for therapists

Therapy for therapists is scheduled separately as an individual psychotherapy service. It may be offered virtually or in person when clinically and legally appropriate.

Fees
