How Marina works

She believes growth happens when people feel supported and capable. Marina specializes in Social-Emotional Learning and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, with a relational view that takes the whole person into account.

She uses evidence-based practices including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. She is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and also uses somatic and neuroscience-informed techniques to support both the brain and body.

She helps clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
