Marina is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) who works with adults, as well as individuals, couples, and families, supporting them in moving toward greater clarity, connection, and confidence. With over 13 years of experience, she brings a steady, compassionate, and grounded presence to her work.
She believes growth happens when people feel both supported and empowered. Marina specializes in Social-Emotional Learning and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, working from a holistic, relational lens that honors the whole person. She holds a Master’s Degree and Advanced Certification in Educational Counseling and is currently pursuing her PhD.
Resilience & reconnection
Marina integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. As a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, she also incorporates somatic and neuroscience-informed techniques to support both the brain and body in healing. She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
Outside of her work, Marina enjoys spending time with her husband and three girls, appreciating the simple, meaningful moments together.
