License# 37PC00863200
Lindsay earned her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and has been working in the counseling field since. She works with adolescents through older adults and supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, mood challenges, and family dynamics.
Lindsay believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. She is passionate about helping clients strengthen communication, build healthier coping skills, and create more fulfilling relationships. She draws from evidence-based practices such as CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT, and is certified in DBT. She also integrates Brainspotting as a Certified Practitioner to help clients access and process deeper emotional experiences.
Warmth, empathy, authenticity
She often incorporates cognitive reframing through journaling and role-play, helping clients gently shift unhelpful thought patterns and feel more confident in everyday life.
Lindsay brings warmth, empathy, and authenticity into the therapy room while gently encouraging meaningful growth. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her animals — including her cats and dogs.
